We have all the necessary resources to launch large-scale experiments and test non-conventional ideas. Now we are looking for a Head of Back-Office to our team!

What you will do:

• Analyze department activities, payment system activity, suspicious activity, KYC, AML procedures, etc. on a regular basis
• Lead and cooperate with other departments to quickly escalate and resolve any internal and portfolio companies issues
• Control the process for opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts
• Processing invoices, bills, and receipts
• Assisting and coordinating legal support on approval of contracts / documents with the necessary departments and project leads
• Control of legal document flow, incl. scan, hard copies versions and timing
• Systematization and organisation of google disk with all internal documents
• Hold division meetings as necessary to inform the operations team on all new and updated operational requirements, ongoing process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and management reports

We expect you to:

• University degree in Business Administration or in any other related field
• Fluent Russian and advanced English is a must
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to contribute to the team beyond own immediate tasks
• At least 5 years of experience in a Back-Office or/Audit/Legal
• Advanced MS Officed skills
