TON Studio is a team of experienced engineers working with the fast growing TON ecosystem and Telegram apps. We enable a flawless developer experience within the TON ecosystem to help builders create DApps of outstanding quality and user experience. We do this through our suite of development tools and custom solution design for TON projects.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Support / Developer Chat Moderator to join our team and contribute to the growing TON Ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to partners and users, as well as to ensure smooth interactions with first-level projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to partners and users within the TON ecosystem through chat and other communication channels
• Moderate community chats, promptly addressing any issues or questions from members
• Collaborate with first-level projects, support technical integrations, and resolve arising challenges
• Act as an onboarding manager, assisting new partners and projects with their integration and adaptation within the TON ecosystem
• Maintain a high standard of communication and support, aligned with TON's quality standards

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of TON ecosystem documentation
• Understanding of running and maintaining nodes (CI/CD, devops support)
• Familiarity with launching and maintaining HTTP services (CI/CD, devops support)
• Experience in technical support, chat moderation, or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and products
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and stress resilience

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JavaScript TON SDKs for Dapp development
• Background in developing Telegram Mini Apps
• Knowledge of the TON Connect Protocol for frontend development
