We are looking for a senior BizDev specialist with a high proficiency in Chinese and English.

Experience with programmatic advertising is preferred.

About the company:

We are Adsgram, a startup. We have developed an advertising platform for Telegram, launched the acquisition of platforms and advertisers, and are now growing by 50-100% per month! Our team currently has around 32 people, and we are full of energy and fun.

We are building an advertising platform similar to Google Ads, but within the Telegram ecosystem.

Initially, we secured a $50K grant from TON (a cryptocurrency partner of Telegram) and external investments.

Our business development team is distributed globally, and the main communication language is English. The company is successfully growing, and we need to strengthen our BizDev team with someone fluent in Chinese for remote work.

Conditions:

  • Full-time, 5/2 schedule
  • Remote work
  • Salary starting from $2000 (USDT) + bonuses; we are open to discussing the candidate’s compensation expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for new clients and work with the client base in the region
  • Create proposals for clients, conduct initial negotiations, and sell company products
  • Close deals and hand over clients to the account team
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to expand the network and increase our industry visibility
  • Actively collaborate with the product and client teams (account managers) in developing our product
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to highlight the value of our technologies.
  • Work closely with our CEO, sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide market feedback to inform CEO and product development about new proposed features

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • 2+ years of experience in BD or sales in Web3 (crypto) space is required.
  • You have a high level of proficiency in both Chinese and English
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto, and emerging Web3 trends
  • You are skilled at not only working with warm leads but also attending conferences, meetups, and events to find new potential clients for the product
  • You’ve worked in a digital agency or on the platform side
  • You have experience with programmatic advertising
  • You possess strong negotiation skills with successful cases (large deals, establishing always-on partnerships)
  • You have a contact base of clients and partners
  • You can articulate your thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing
  • You have solid self-organization skills in a fully remote work environment
  • You are ready to get hands-on, not afraid of hard work, and eager to grow quickly
