1. About the Company
Adsgram is an ambitious startup building an advertising platform similar to Google Ads — but within the Telegram ecosystem. Our business team is spread across the globe, and English communication is our norm. We're growing fast and are ready to welcome an experienced BizDev specialist to join us remotely.
2. Responsibilities
- Actively sourcing and attracting new clients, while nurturing the existing client base
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating deals, and handing over warm leads to the Customer Success team
- Representing Adsgram at conferences, expos, and other industry events
- Closely collaborating with product, marketing, and service teams
3. Requirements
- Experience at a digital agency or with an advertising platform/analytics system
- At least 1 year in Business Development or sales in the Web3 space
- Confident English skills (B1–B2 or higher)
- Willingness to regularly participate in online and offline industry events
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful deals
- Excellent self-organization in a remote environment
- Clear written and spoken communication
