Adsgram is an ambitious ad-tech startup building the first advertising network for Telegram Mini Apps (TMA). We empower developers and creators to integrate native ads, drive revenue, and boost user engagement through bonus-driven interactions. Competing with giants like Google Ads and platforms like Telega, we stand out by offering TMA-specific tools that increase earnings by 30-50%.

Our business team is distributed globally, communication is in English, and we’re on track for 200% publisher growth by 2025.

2 Role — Publisher Manager

• Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding: Recruit high-potential TMA developers, bot creators, and channel owners through outreach (LinkedIn, Telegram forums). Grow publisher portfolio by 20-30% quarterly across gaming, finance, and other niches.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with 20+ publishers, ensure 90%+ retention, troubleshoot, and build growth strategies.

• Monetization Optimization: Analyze eCPM, fill rates, and other metrics; suggest improvements to boost revenue per publisher by 15%+.

• Campaign Support: Launch and optimize ad campaigns, A/B test creatives, ensure compliance with Telegram policies.

• Market Intelligence: Track competitors (Telega.in, Findminiapp) and share insights with the team.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams, run educational webinars, speak at TON community events.

• Compliance: Ensure GDPR, CCPA, and Telegram guideline adherence.

3 Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in publisher/account management in ad tech or digital publishing (Taboola, Applovin, Unity experience is a plus). Telegram/mini-apps background is nice-to-have.

• Skills: Analytical mindset, strong command of ad metrics (Excel, Google Analytics), excellent communication and negotiation skills, understanding of SSPs/programmatic/Web3 is a plus.

• Traits: Data-driven, proactive, comfortable in remote fast-paced work, fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
