AdsGram is an AdTech platform in the Telegram/Web3 ecosystem that helps advertisers and publishers effectively manage traffic and monetization. We are growing rapidly and building a product at the intersection of advertising, technology, and Telegram infrastructure. Our team is globally distributed, and English is our default working language.

We are looking for a Senior Support & Moderation Manager to lead and scale our support & moderation function. This is not just an operational role.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Redesign and optimize processes

• Improve customer experience

• Help scale support operations together with the product

Responsibilities

• Manage the support & moderation team

• Control SLA, quality of responses, and user experience

• Handle complex cases and escalations

• Develop and optimize processes (automation, tools, workflow improvements)

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams

• Analyze metrics (team workload, ticket reasons, SLA performance)

• Train, mentor, and develop the team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in support, moderation, or client operations

• Experience managing a support & moderation team (preferably 5+ people) or experience as a project manager within a support/moderation team

• Strong analytical skills

• Proven ability to build, improve, and scale processes

Nice to Have

• Experience in AdTech / Telegram / Web3

• Experience with automation (bots, AI, CRM systems)

• Experience working with international users

• Salary: $1000 per month (After the probationary period, the salary will be increased to 1200 per month + quarterly bonuses)
