About Bemo: bemo Labs is at the forefront of DeFi development on the TON blockchain. We began with a liquid staking app and are expanding our product range. We aim to bring efficiency, utility, and innovation to TON investors, especially those in the institutional sphere.

Role Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Lead & Sales Specialist with a strong background in blockchain technology and a deep understanding of the TON investor community, particularly in Asia. This role is pivotal in driving bemo’s growth by building strategic partnerships and expanding our clientele among TON's large holders and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Bemo’s market presence and user base, particularly focusing on large TON holders and institutional investors globally and in the Asian market in particular.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with key industry players, including crypto exchanges, wallets, fintech firms, and other relevant entities.
  • Leverage existing networks and relationships to facilitate introductions and meetings with potential partners and clients.
  • Understand the needs and investment behaviors of TON investors to tailor bemo’s offerings and maximise appeal.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership goals with bemo’s overall strategy and product offerings.
  • Represent bemo at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Create compelling marketing content to update users and investors about recent developments, major selling points, and the unique value bemo Labs brings.
  • Craft engaging blurbs and messages for platforms like Telegram, ensuring clear communication of our offerings to clients.
  • Design informative one-pagers that describe services for easy dissemination and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector.
  • Strong existing network and connections within the TON ecosystem and Asian crypto markets.
  • Knowledgeable about the Asian market dynamics, investor behaviour, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
