About Us:
bemo is the first liquid staking app on TON. We are building a stake-to-earn platform to change how users manage their TON holdings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gain insights and identify user needs.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design graphical user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
- Perform adjustments based on user feedback.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision).
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present your designs and explain your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackle challenges.
- Up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
