Requirements:
1. Understanding of Unit Economics, Analytics, and Metrics:
- Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with analytical and reporting tools.
2. Understanding of Market and Target Audience Needs:
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies, decentralization, cryptocurrencies, including staking, DeFi.
- Familiarity with the TON ecosystem is a significant plus.
3. Experience in Building a Brand and Growing an Audience:
- Proven experience in creating and promoting a company's brand.
- Deep understanding and practical experience using gamification tools to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Experience in building and growing a large audience on social media and other media platforms.
- Ability to generate buzz and maintain a high level of audience engagement.
4. Developing Company Marketing Strategy:
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract users and build a customer community.
- Experience in content creation and management, including social media, blogs, forums, and media platforms.
- Ability to adapt strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
5. Management Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in C-level marketing positions, preferably in startups or technology companies.
- Institutional experience will be an advantage.
6. Professional Language Skills:
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Russian will be an added advantage.
