Crypto Bot is a multifunctional product in Telegram, offering a comprehensive suite of services including a multicurrency wallet, P2P market, exchange platform, and payment system. Our platform also facilitates the creation of checks, invoices, and subscriptions, providing users with a seamless crypto experience.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service to our users, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth customer experience within the crypto ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets efficiently and professionally, adhering to established protocols.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or disputes in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement of our platform and services.

• Identify and escalate any suspicious activity to the compliance department for further investigation.

• Participate in developing the knowledge base (instructions, regulations, rules).

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and platform updates to provide accurate information and support to users.

• Positivity about the crypto industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within the crypto, finance, or e-commerce industries.

• Native Russian speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail.

• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure while exceeding customer expectations.

• Strong team spirit and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.

• English language proficiency certificate will be of a huge advantage.

• Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency.
