Responsibilities

• Comprehensive development of the P2P Market in Crypto Bot.
• Improve processes for order creation and execution, dispute resolution, and integrating payment methods.
• Monitor and identify problems related to fraudulent activities, generate and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with the support team to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Research and analyze key market trends, and propose development strategies for the P2P platform in Crypto Bot.
• Update, organize and summarize internal and external documentation, such as knowledge bases, FAQ, and other relevant materials.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian.
• Proven experience in a leadership role in a P2P product in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
