Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Community to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing Cryptology’s global community. You will be the voice of our users, driving engagement and ensuring our community feels supported, heard, and valued.


  • Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage Cryptology’s global community across various platforms
  • Engagement: Foster a vibrant and interactive community through regular communication, events, and activities
  • Support: Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback promptly
  • Content Creation: Produce and curate engaging content that resonates with our community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze community feedback to inform product development and improve user experience
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align community activities with overall business goals
  • Events: Organize and host online and offline events such as webinars, meetups, and conferences to strengthen community bonds
  • Advocacy: Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers to amplify Cryptology’s brand and message
  • Monitoring: Track and report on community metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement


  • Experience: Proven experience in community management, preferably in the fintech or digital asset trading space
  • Skills: Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, digital assets, and the trading ecosystem
  • Tools: Proficiency with community management tools and social media platforms
  • Strategy: Ability to develop and execute community engagement strategies
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global team
