About the Role: Product Growth Manager

As a Product Growth Manager at Cryptology, you will play a crucial role in driving our product-led growth strategy. Your focus will be on identifying and executing growth opportunities, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing customer lifetime value. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our platform not only meets but exceeds user expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Define and implement a product-led growth strategy that aligns with our organizational goals
  • Ownership of Growth Metrics: Take charge of growth metrics, continuously monitoring and optimizing them to ensure sustained user and revenue growth
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant data and insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify new potential opportunities that align with business goals and enhance growth
  • Lead Generation: Define and implement new tactics and projects aimed at generating leads and expanding our customer base
  • Strategic Planning: Create business strategies to boost the trading volume
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and leverage industry trends to stay ahead of the market and innovate effectively
  • User Journey Optimization: Analyze product usage and customer behavior across the entire user journey, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to enhance overall results and ensure cohesive strategies
  • Campaign Development: Create and execute campaigns and strategies that attract new customers and drive engagement

What We Look for:

  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on growth, ideally within the fintech, crypto, or technology sectors
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions
  • Experience with growth hacking techniques and a hands-on approach to implementing them
  • Proficiency with tools for analytics and feedback
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully executing growth initiatives
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
