About the Role:
More and more people rely on Cryptology. We are growing, improving our team, and now we are looking for a Business Analyst who could help us.
The primary purpose of this role at Cryptology is to gather user stories from the Product Manager, analyze complex business processes within them in collaboration with all relevant teams (Product, Development, Marketing, Design, QA, Support, Legal, and AML), covering all possible scenarios and edge cases, and transform them into accurate and well-structured business requirements documents.
The key deliverable of theAnalystat Cryptology should be a detailed business requirements document that encompasses all the logic, both front and backend, for the specific user story or scenario. The document should provide enough information for the Development team to commence decomposition into development tasks without or with minimal need for extra clarifications, ensuring that all possible caveats and potential problems have been thoroughly analyzed and addressed.
The Analyst will contribute to the continuous enhancement of our user experience, features, and overall platform functionality, reporting to the Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Product Manager to gather product requirements based on provided user stories and transform them into detailed specifications for development teams in the form of BRDs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify optimal solutions for addressing user stories received from the Product Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing, Design, QA, Support, Legal, and AML) to conduct thorough analysis of all aspects and issues related to the user story
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to generate actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Assist the Product Team in making well-justified business decisions that shape the created user stories
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, QA, and Customer Support teams to identify and implement enhancements within the covered domains
- Monitor the implementation of solutions and conduct internal solution acceptance in accordance with the original requirements
- 3+ years experience inSystem Analyst/BA/Full stackAnalyst
- Solid understanding of fintech/cryptoindustry trends
- Solid skills in writing business requirements documentation and communicating with developers
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis tools, statistical analysis, and business intelligence platforms
- Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented approach, ability to foresee the problem, model its outcome and communicate solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Good English communication skills
