  1. About the Position:

We are seeking a Chief Business Development Officer to lead the growth of Dragon Farm and become the face of the company. This is a person skilled in building long-term partnerships, attracting investors, and developing strategies to scale the business. If you know how to inspire a team, understand the specifics of Web3, and have an extensive network, we look forward to welcoming you to Dragon Farm.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Develop Partnerships: Identify and build valuable partnerships to expand our ecosystem.
  • Growth Strategy: Create and implement growth strategies that support our objectives and drive the company’s success.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations with exchanges, platforms, and partners, securing advantageous collaboration terms.
  • Business Development Management: Oversee key business areas to ensure company goals are met.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with investors, leading capital-raising initiatives.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
  • Company Strategy: As a board member, participate in strategic discussions and decision-making at the highest level.

3. Requirements:

  • Russian Language: Fluent proficiency.
  • English Language: Minimum of intermediate proficiency.
  • Experience: Proven background in business development, particularly within the crypto, gaming, or Web3 industries.
  • Investment Knowledge: Experience working with venture funds and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build and strengthen business relationships, ideally with access to angel investors and venture funds interested in Web3 investments.
  • Preferred: Experience and connections in the TON ecosystem.
