2. Responsibilities:

1. Motion Design Creation: Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing and social media content.

2. Collaborative Design Work: Work closely with the creative team to transform concepts into engaging motion designs that align with brand guidelines.

3. Video Editing: Edit video content to create polished, cohesive final products suitable for a variety of platforms.

4. Creative Ideation: Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling aspects of our digital assets.

3. Requirements:

1. Experience in Motion Design: Proven experience as a Video Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.

2. Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

3. Animation Techniques: Understanding of animation principles and motion design best practices.

4. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate design concepts clearly.

5. Russian Language: Fluent proficiency for smooth team communication.

6. Bonus Points for: Experience in 3D animation, familiarity with Web3 or gaming industry projects, and knowledge of Telegram platform requirements.
