2. Responsibilities:

• Shape the Product: Work with the team to set a clear vision and strategy for Dragon Farm on Telegram.
• Know the Market: Research the market and listen to user feedback to keep improving the game.
• Plan & Execute: Create a roadmap for new features and updates, making sure everything stays on track.
• Boost Engagement: Collaborate with developers to roll out features that keep players hooked and drive revenue.
• Track Progress: Keep an eye on key metrics and make decisions based on what works best.

3. Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in product management, ideally in gaming or Web3.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing data and using it to guide decisions.
  • Player Focus: Skilled at gathering feedback and improving user experiences.
  • Great Communicator: Fluent in Russian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Project Tools: Familiar with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello for smooth project management.
  • Web3/Gaming Knowledge: A plus if you know about NFTs, Web3, or the latest gaming trends.
  • Flexible: Adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
