2. Responsibilities:
- Candidate Management: Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Help streamline the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
- HR Operations: Maintain HR records, manage schedules, and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and support during the hiring process.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for candidates beyond TON Jobs, leveraging external job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms to find top talent.
3. Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on professional and engaging interactions.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and HR software.
- Language: Russian language knowledge is a huge plus. Please mention in your cover letter or additional information section whether you know Russian or not.
- Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technologies or the gaming industry is a significant advantage. Be sure to describe any relevant experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Provide examples of situations where you’ve adapted to dynamic challenges.
