About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager to lead our social media and Discord presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing and engaging communities on Twitter and Discord, with a focus on building brand awareness and community engagement. This is a remote position, and the Community Manager will work closely with the Fanton team to execute social media strategies and manage the community.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and appreciation for football, and be able to connect with our players on a personal level. With this shared love for the sport, you will be able to drive engagement and foster a strong sense of community within our Twitter and Discord channels. Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the Fanton community on Twitter and Discord, with a focus on building brand awareness and community engagement.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase community engagement and drive user acquisition.
• Respond to community inquiries, moderate discussions, and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the Fanton team to create content and promotions to drive engagement and growth.
• Analyze metrics and provide regular reports on community growth and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the blockchain and NFT space.

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing and engaging communities on Twitter and Discord.
• History of developing 20k+ user communities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and provide regular reports on community growth and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Passion for blockchain and NFTs.
• Passion for Football
• Advanced Verbal and Written English
• Spanish or Portuguese language is a plus.
