What You’ll Do

We are looking for you to dive straight into your role from day one and take charge of the following responsibilities and expectations.

As the Art Director, your role would be to conceptualise, create and execute the creative aspects for our fan engagement products.

You will need deep experience in graphic art direction and understanding of product design. The ideal candidate would be one who has a great eye for design and a passion for delivering compelling ideas that captures imagination. You will be incharge of the creative process at Fanzee labs and work towards building a content factory that provides our users with engaging and immersive experiences. Your success would depend on how you can incorporate different points of view into your solutions and communicate that value to the stakeholders through it. The ideal candidate would be able to build and work with a creative and product team to build content that inspires and has a deep interest in sports and the emotions behind the game. You should have the ability to speak and connect with a wide range of audiences through their art. You will be creating design solutions that sports fans connect and interact with and are representative of their passion for the game they love.

  • Own and oversee the creative and design process at Fanzee Labs.
  • Ensure adherence to standards set and codified for Fanzee Labs.
  • Work with partners to create compelling solutions for their digitization process.
  • Align priorities and objectives to deliver inspiring work within time and budget allocations.
  • Hire and manage internal and external resources required to deliver design solutions and creatives.
  • Hire and Manage all resources including creators, writers , artists required to build a robust content factory for Fanzee labs with a cohesive vision.
  • Analyse user and industry sentiments and trends to deliver solutions that address consumer and partner needs.
  • Develop content for the business development, marketing and engagement team to be used in outbound communication which is synergised with overall brand strategy.
  • Work closely with the Product team to deliver on the unified product vision of Fanzee Labs.

Qualifications for Art Director:

  • Hands on Creativity: You should be someone who likes to be directly involved in the process and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
  • People skills: You will need to interact with multiple stakeholders with different experience and knowledge levels. You will have to work with them in order to successfully design solutions in keeping with the brand vision.
  • Detail Oriented: You will be meticulous and deliver compelling and inspiring solutions by being able to incorporate all the different elements that matter to sports fans in your work.
  • Communication Skills: You will be working in a remote and diverse team and would need to communicate effectively with them to drive results
  • Flexibility: You should have the ability to adapt and work under pressure as projects, objectives and expectations could change rapidly.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years as a professional graphic designer with 3+ years of managerial experience.
  • Passion and love for football and sports.
  • Experience as the Art Director for a digital gaming company is a big plus.
  • Prior experience in web3 and NFT project is a big plus.
  • Proficiency with design softwares.
  • Highly skilled at typography, layouts and building prototypes.
  • Ability to manage both creative talents as well as non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at merging creative vision with business objectives.
  • Develop original graphics to create a compelling story around the company which are optimised for different channels and audiences.
