Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our games and betting/social casino products;

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.

• Product Development:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products;

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and user impact.

• User Experience & Engagement:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization;

• Analyze user feedback and behavior data to continuously improve the product;

• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all platforms.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success;

• Regularly track, analyze, and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes;

• Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the mobile games and/or betting/social casino industries.

• Strong understanding of game design, user engagement, and monetization strategies.

• Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Proficiency with product management tools and software.

• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and user behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote team environment.

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the betting/social casino industry.

• Availability to work in the Central European time zone.
