We are looking for professionals specialized in either market or product analytics to join our team. If you have experience in one of these position, we encourage you to apply!

Key Requirement:

The ability to formulate and validate hypotheses related to product promotion across different markets, using data-driven insights and a deep understanding of local market nuances.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data from our web and mobile applications, with a focus on user behavior, engagement, and in-app transactions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation within our apps, particularly on the TON blockchain.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize game mechanics, web flows, and in-app features.
  • Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key metrics for product teams and stakeholders.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends in the TON ecosystem, as well as gaming and entertainment industries, to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. This includes analyzing competitors' offerings, blockchain trends, and tokenomics models.
  • Blockchain Analytics: Track and analyze blockchain-specific metrics, including token transactions, wallet activity, and decentralized app (dApp) performance on the TON network.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure that analytical insights are incorporated into ongoing product iterations and new feature development.

Requirements:

Analytics & Technical Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or blockchain industries.
  • Tools & Platforms: Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or similar).
    • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
    • Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Nansen, The Graph).
  • Blockchain-Specific:
    • In-depth understanding of blockchain analytics, especially on TON (The Open Network), including analyzing on-chain data (token flows, wallet activities, smart contract transactions, etc.).
    • Ability to interpret blockchain-specific metrics such as gas fees, hash rates, token transfers, and staking data.
    • Knowledge of tokenomics and how blockchain systems operate in terms of incentives and rewards.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Market Research: Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, particularly within the blockchain or gaming space.
    • Ability to analyze market trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies to provide insights into TON ecosystem growth, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with market trends in blockchain gaming, Web3, and entertainment apps to inform product strategy.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and marketing teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with game analytics or entertainment apps.
  • Deep understanding of smart contracts and tokenomics within blockchain ecosystems.
  • Experience with web3 tools and technologies.
