Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our games and betting/social casino products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
Product Development:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure effective game balance, making adjustments as needed to enhance gameplay and player experience.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and user impact.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multitasking, and startup-like environment.
User Experience & Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Analyze user feedback and behavior data to continuously improve the product.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all platforms.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.

Regularly track, analyze, and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
-Proven 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the mobile games and/or betting/social casino industries.
-Strong understanding of game design, game balance, user engagement, and monetization strategies.
-Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
-Proficiency with product management tools and software.
-Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and user behavior.
- Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working in a remote team environment.
-Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the betting/social casino industry.
-Availability to work in the Central European time zone.
