We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Director to spearhead growth and establish Grably as a leader in the AI and data industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth among both B2B customers and Telegram users.
  • Telegram Mini Apps Expertise: Leverage Telegram Mini Apps (TMA) to acquire, engage, and convert users into active data contributors for the Grably platform.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Execute targeted campaigns to attract US-based B2B and enterprise clients, emphasizing data-driven value propositions.
  • Audience Growth: Build a loyal community of users through innovative campaigns, gamification, and engaging content.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs in data-driven industries.
  • Content Creation: Lead the production of high-impact content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media assets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to achieve ambitious goals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 3+ years in marketing, including leadership roles. • Proven success with Telegram Mini Apps and driving user engagement is a big advantage. • Background in data-centric industries (e.g., data brokers, AI companies) is a strong plus. • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) targeting B2B/enterprise clients.

Skills:

• Expertise in user acquisition and retention strategies. • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation). • Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and branding capabilities. • Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making. • English at C2 level or equivalent
