Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the development of the gaming platform as an in-house solution across all areas—casino, payment systems, onboarding, retention, etc.
• Identify growth points in the Customer Journey Map, generate and test product hypotheses in collaboration with the team.
• Manage the backlog based on objective data metrics.
• Identify and formulate product requirements.
• Improve Proxy and Core metrics.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager.
• Ability to work with product metrics.
• Ability to calculate ROI for features and the capacity to reduce functionality for quick hypothesis validation without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of usability and ergonomics in modern products.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to clearly justify your position.
• Understanding of unit economics calculations.
• Experience in establishing product processes.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration.
