We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented TON Ecosystem Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind onboarding projects onto the ONTON platform. Your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with promising projects on the TON blockchain. You'll guide them through the process of utilizing ONTON to its fullest potential, whether it's for community building, revenue generation, or fundraising
Responsibilities. Duties, tasks, areas of responsibility of a future colleague.
Career objectives:
- Drive user acquisition and revenue growth for ONTON.
- Execute effective marketing campaigns to generate high quality leads.
- Build and engage a strong developer community on the TON platform.
- Optimize onboarding processes for seamless user experiences.
Main responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into paying customers within the web3 developer and founder segment.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure profitable contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Web3 developer and founder community.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Conceptualize and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Develop compelling value propositions and messaging to resonate with the target audience.
- Manage and optimize ONTON's online presence (website, social media, etc.) to attract potential customers.
Community Building & Engagement:
- Cultivate a thriving community of event organizers and attendees around the ONTON platform.
- Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members.
- Organize and host engaging community events (online and offline).
- Leverage community feedback to improve platform features and services.
- Represent ONTON at TON ecosystem events and within online communities, building brand awareness and fostering connections.
Onboarding & Education:
- Provide exceptional customer support to developers and founders throughout the event creation and fundraising process.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure platform features align with customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to streamline customer acquisition.
- Track and analyze customer onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Event Strategy Consulting
- Provide strategic guidance to project partners on how to design and execute successful events on ONTON, tailored to their specific goals.
Other responsibilities:
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations.
- Participate in sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Develop and implement customer onboarding training programs.
- Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- more than 2 years of experience in Marketing and sales of SaaS producta
- C1 English and Russian language proficiency.
- Being an active contributor to TON ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- experience in event management
- Having experience in growing communities in X and Telegram
- Experience and knowledge in startup fundraising process
