STON.fi DEX serves as the backbone for many TON-based DeFi products, including Wallet in Telegram, the official built-in wallet available to hundreds of millions of Telegram users.

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This position lies between an HR Business Partner and an HR Generalist, requiring a versatile individual capable of handling various HR functions with expertise. As the first HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Build a recruitment and evaluation process for staff in the team (development, marketing, operational unit)
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening and interview coordination.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a diverse workforce.
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

Performance Management

  • Design, implement, and monitor the team's performance management process, including goal setting, KPI evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to align subordinate goals with organizational objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs, adhering to budget constraints.
  • Monitor pay revisions and ensure

Employee Relations:

  • Monitor team dynamics and proactively identify potential issues, contributing to their resolution at the departmental level.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Administrative Work:

  • Manage internal staff movement, including transfers, relocations, and dismissals, handling complex cases when required.
  • Oversee alternative employment forms and ensure compliance with labor legislation in the relevant country.
  • Facilitate employee relocation, when necessary, and work with contractors for organizational efficiency.

Vendor Management and Process Optimization:

  • Collaborate with finance and legal departments to optimize strategies and processes for working with vendors and contractors.
  • Personal control over the Deel and crypto processes until they are fully streamlined and operational.

Requirements:

  • Russian native, English B2+.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and their effective implementation within budget constraints.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and compliance requirements in relevant countries.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and change management.
