What is TAC?

TAC is a TON network extension that allows the EVM community to easily access 950M monthly active users of Telegram. TAC is not a Layer2: our stack is natively connected to TON so that transaction lifecycle start and end on TON, but leverage TON asynchronicity to execute EVM code deployed on TAC.

Our mission is to expand the TON developers ecosystem with EVM/Solidity developers and deliver hundreds of new dApps to the TON users, with a large focus on consumer use cases distributed via Telegram MiniApps.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Developer Relations (DevRel) Lead to join our growing team. As a DevRel Lead, you will serve as the bridge between our development team and the broader TAC builders’ community. You will be responsible for the growth of this community of individual developers, onboarding, engaging and nurturing developers, working hand in hand with the TAC growth team. Your role will be crucial in creating a vibrant community of developers that will be the present and the future of the TAC ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• TAC Builders’ Community Lead: be responsible for the growth and development of a community of individual developers that build on TAC:

• Onboard new developers in the builders’ community

• Engage developer community through community calls, challenges, social media, meetups.

• Nurture and Educate community building contents and answering questions, and foster relationships.

• Support community providing hands-on technical support and incentives

• Monitor community health, engagement metrics, and developer satisfaction. Use data to iterate on strategies and improve community engagement and developer experience.

• Events & Hackathons: Represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, hackathons, and webinars, delivering presentations, participating in panel discussions and onboarding new developers in the TAC builders’ community

• Product Feedbacks: Advocate for the needs of external developers to internal teams by providing feedback, contributing to product roadmaps, and working with the product and engineering teams to address issues and improve developer experience.

Requirements:

• Solid Crypto user experience
• At least a previous experiences in DevRel roles in top industry projects
• Strong technical background in Solidity, Web development, Crypto stack (RPC, wallets, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
• Comfortable speaking at public events, conferences, and webinars.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships within technical communities.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• A passion for technology, open-source projects, and developer ecosystems.

Nice-to-Have:

• High level understanding of the TON stack (and FunC)
• Active involvement in developer communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps, cloud services, or software architecture.
