TAC is a TON network extension enabling the EVM community to seamlessly tap into Telegram's 950M monthly active users. As a native TON solution (not Layer 2), TAC's unique approach facilitates transaction lifecycles entirely on TON, with asynchronous EVM code execution on TAC.
Our mission is to grow the TON developer ecosystem by onboarding EVM/Solidity developers and delivering hundreds of new dApps to TON users, with a special emphasis on consumer use cases distributed via Telegram MiniApps.

Job Summary:
As Community Lead, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a vibrant community around TAC. You will develop and implement strategies to grow engagement, foster strong relationships within the TON ecosystem, and act as a bridge between developers, users, and the TAC team. The ideal candidate has a passion for blockchain technology, experience in community building, and a knack for strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Strategy and Engagement:

Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy focused on the Telegram user base and broader blockchain audience.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, users, and partners within the TON ecosystem.

Act as the face of TAC in online forums, social media, and industry events, cultivating trust and loyalty.
2. Marketing and Outreach:

Oversee digital marketing initiatives to raise awareness of TAC’s solutions.

Drive content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters, to engage and inform the community.

Partner with influencers and thought leaders in the blockchain space to amplify TAC's reach.
3. Community Events and Ecosystem Building:

Organize and participate in community events, hackathons, and industry conferences.

Build relationships with key stakeholders, media, and influencers to enhance brand credibility.

Drive initiatives to onboard developers and expand TAC’s ecosystem of dApps.
4. Feedback and Collaboration:

Act as the voice of the community, gathering insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy.

Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between community needs and business objectives.
5. Metrics and Growth Optimization:

Define and track KPIs to measure the success of community initiatives.

Continuously optimize engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

3+ years of experience in community management or marketing, preferably in the blockchain or tech industries.

Proven success in scaling communities and driving engagement.

Strong understanding of TON, EVM, and the broader blockchain landscape.
