TAC is a TON network extension enabling the EVM community to seamlessly tap into Telegram's 950M monthly active users. As a native TON solution (not Layer 2), TAC's unique approach facilitates transaction lifecycles entirely on TON, with asynchronous EVM code execution on TAC.
Our mission is to grow the TON developer ecosystem by onboarding EVM/Solidity developers and delivering hundreds of new dApps to TON users, with a special emphasis on consumer use cases distributed via Telegram MiniApps.

Job Summary:
As a Product Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in positioning TAC’s products, defining go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption across the developer and user ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between product development and market demand, ensuring TAC’s solutions resonate with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in blockchain product marketing, strong storytelling skills, and a data-driven approach to growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: -Develop and execute GTM strategies for TAC’s products and features. -Define messaging, positioning, and unique value propositions to differentiate TAC in the blockchain ecosystem. -Collaborate with product, BizDev, and community teams to ensure market fit and seamless product launches.
2. Developer & User Acquisition: -Design marketing initiatives targeting EVM/Solidity developers to onboard them onto TAC. -Identify key user segments and craft tailored campaigns to drive adoption. -Partner with ecosystem players, influencers, and media outlets to amplify TAC’s reach.
3. Content & Narrative Building: -Develop compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, and educational materials. -Oversee the creation of engaging marketing assets such as videos, landing pages, and social media campaigns. -Align messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity.
4. Community & Ecosystem Engagement: -Work closely with the community and social teams to drive awareness and advocacy. -Organize and participate in industry events, hackathons, and developer workshops. -Build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and thought leaders.
5. Data-Driven Growth & Performance Optimization: -Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize based on insights. -Conduct competitive analysis to refine TAC’s positioning. -Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing with at least 2 in blockchain, DeFi, or Web3.
- Proven success in launching and scaling blockchain-based products.
- Strong understanding of TON, EVM, and the broader crypto landscape.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience working with developer communities and technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in growth marketing and performance analysis.
