Hey, this is The Open Platform! We create open platforms that support builders in developing user-friendly applications with Toncoin as a native asset. We believe that the unique combination of TON Blockchain and Telegram Messenger provides an unparalleled foundation for new ecosystem growth.

The companies we invest and create are centered in the areas of NFT, DeFi, GameFi and SocialFi.

We are looking for an intellectually curious and hardworking individual with international experience and key expertise in marketing strategy. This role presents the opportunity to work with international teams across the group and it’s multiple portfolio companies (Web3).

Now we are looking for a CMO to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement GTM strategies for crypto projects (and individual launches/features) and execute with the team,
  • Assist with the hiring of line employees,
  • Gather expertise on the effectiveness of tests for specific projects,
  • Regularly go through the checklist/playbook of marketing fundamentals with projects,
  • Assist with positioning, branding,
  • Work closely with portfolio projects.

Reqiurements:

  • Willingness to work on a large number of projects,
  • Hardcore understanding of Web3 and having work experience,
  • Understanding how Telegram works,
  • Ability to mentor and manage indirectly,
  • Ready to moderately work hands-on,
  • Having visionary / strategic / systematic approach,
  • Ability to create a process for launches.
