We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and non-technical recruitment, possessing the ability to attract and assess a diverse range of talent across various disciplines.

Responsibilities:

1. Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process on global market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Candidate Assessment: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career goals.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
5. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
6. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers, coordinate pre-employment checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
7. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

1. English С1.
2. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in technical and non-technical positions.
3. Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
4. Basic understanding of the crypto market
5. Familiarity with technical skill sets, programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies to effectively assess technical candidates.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
7. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed recruitment decisions.
9. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
10. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
