We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our venture builder and help with portfolio companys. We've built an analytics system, established processes, and share our expertise with startups.

We have a vibrant analytical community and a vast number of developers and owners: in this role, you'll immerse yourself in the intricacies of multiple products and witness the growth and development of startups.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine analytical setup to build a more detailed BI, leveraging existing events and dashboards.
• Dive into the business context, identify growth areas, propose solutions, and validate hypotheses.
• Work directly with stakeholders and development teams, establishing processes with minimal micromanagement.
• Build marketing analytics to optimize ad campaigns and increase effectiveness.
• Enhance the product funnel by researching product flows, defining appropriate metrics, identifying weaknesses, and proposing expansion hypotheses.
• Segment users to improve product features and marketing support, researching and identifying user segments and their patterns, and suggesting product hypotheses in collaboration with the CPO.

Tasks to be addressed in the near future:

• Build marketing analytics.

• User segmentation.

Soft Skills:

• Experience in product analytics: We're looking for a master of funnels, insights, growth points, and hypotheses.
• Strong verbal communication skills: This role is not just about "getting results" but also being able to articulate them effectively.
• Developer's ally: We seek someone who can describe the necessary events and coordinate with developers to implement them.

Hard Skills:

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Basic to intermediate level Python skills – necessary for conducting complex research and possibly setting up automation.
• Willingness to set up a simple server with PostgreSQL and configure daily aggregation table builds on it.
• Proficiency in working with Grafana/Superset or other visualization systems.
• Knowledge of statistics at an applied level.
• Understanding and usage of tools such as cluster analysis, correlation analysis, regression.
