We are seeking a passionate and experienced Web3 Community & Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications. They will be responsible for growing and engaging our TOP and TOP portfolio companies’ community, creating educational content, and managing our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

High-Level:

• Relations: Be in touch with all key members of TON ecosystem
• Growth: Expand the community by actively enhancing visibility.
• Engagement: Implement strategies to boost loyalty and activity.
• Collaboration: Partner with related groups for mutual growth.
• Innovation: Introduce features that enhance user engagement.

Standard:

• Daily Engagement: Interact consistently across Telegram channels/community and Twitter
• Content: Develop relevant, engaging content for socials
• Moderation: Resolve disputes to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Support: Assist community members
• Reporting: Provide weekly updates on community growth and engagement metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community management and social media within the Web3 space.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.
• Highly organized with an ability to manage many projects and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
