Responsibilities:

• Assist with opening, maintaining, and closing bank and EMIs accounts
• Fill out banks’ and other counterparts’ KYC questionnaires for group legal entities.
• Perform Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) checking and Sanctions Screening.
• Conduct wallets and crypto due diligence
• Conduct due diligence reviews both internally and with counterparties.
• Communicate with counterparts as necessary within the due diligence process.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing documents, creating company cards, letterheads, etc.
• Interact with relevant company departments to request missing/ incorrect/ expired documentation.
• Assisting with internal audits.
• Participate in writing and developing internal policies and processes.
• Maintain accurate and complete records.

Required Skills:

• Crypto compliance and/ or forensic investigation (wallet screening, transaction monitoring, crypto investigations) experience is a must.
• Previous experience working with banks, EMIs, exchanges, family offices, or legal firms is a pre.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
• Knowledge of English (from Upper Intermediate), knowledge of Russian is a pre.
