We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Open Platform. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in executive recruitment for tech and non-tech positions, exceptional communication skills, and a keen ability to identify and attract highly talented employees. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions for the projects we're investing in

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our portfolio companies to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and guidance on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate evaluation.

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

  • Utilise a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, social media, and direct approaches, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Search Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive search strategies tailored to the specific requirements of our portfolio companies.
  • Manage the full recruitment pipeline, including job briefing, candidate identification, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

Market Intelligence and Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions within the crypto sectors to provide Hiring Manager with relevant insights and advice.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent pool analysis to identify potential candidates and build a robust hiring process.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional approach.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search or recruitment, preferably within the technology or blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and assessment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software Lever, databases, and online tools.
