We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to oversee and streamline the daily marketing operations across TOP and our portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all marketing activities are logged, tracked, and executed efficiently, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Operations Management: Oversee and streamline daily marketing operations, ensuring all tasks are efficiently logged, tracked, and executed across TOP and its portfolio companies.
• Master Calendar Management: Own and manage the master marketing activity calendar, organizing thought leadership projects, marketing campaigns, and events to ensure alignment across all portfolio companies.
• Task Logging and Tracking: Utilize tools like Notion, Excel, Google Docs, and other digital platforms to log, track, and manage marketing tasks and activities.
• Event Planning: Support the planning and organization of events, including invitations and logistics.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the marketing teams at TOP and portfolio companies, founders, and external agencies. Engage and influence a wide range of audiences.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure that all marketing content (written, graphic, etc.) meets high standards before marking tasks as complete.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the execution of marketing activities promptly and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Highly organized with an ability to manage many projects and channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management within a fast-moving organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Notion, Excel, Google Docs, and other relevant project management tools including CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and engage across wide audiences.
• Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines and handle pressure.
• Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to evaluate the quality of marketing content.
• Passion for Web3 marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating marketing activities in a tech or Web3 environment.
• Familiarity with Telegram.
• Previous experience working with distributed teams and managing cross-company communications.
• Marketing experience ideally within the blockchain/crypto/financial services and/or an agency environment.
• CET +/- 2 timezone.
