Our portfolio project TonTech is seeking a QA Engineer to pioneer our quality assurance efforts. You'll perform hands-on manual testing, establish our QA processes from the ground up, and implement testing procedures across various products. The ideal candidate has strong manual testing skills, can develop comprehensive test cases, and is comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic startup environment. • You'll work on various TON ecosystem products, acting as both a tester and technical consultant, gaining broad experience in blockchain applications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of products and third-party services, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Develop and improve testing strategies, analyzing results to enhance overall QA processes and product quality.
• Work with specifications and pay close attention to details.
• Manage the quality and efficiency of testing processes, including evaluating tasks, monitoring progress, and optimizing time spent on testing.
• Collaborate with third-party product teams and internal teams, providing technical consulting on TON Blockchain integration and related technologies.
• Contribute to the development and testing of infrastructure tools for the TON ecosystem.
• Improve project documentations standards.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong skills in creating and executing manual test cases.
• Proficiency in various testing tools including DevTools, network sniffers (e.g., Charles Proxy, Proxyman), API testing tools (like Postman), ability to manipulate the network layer, and basic knowledge of Git.
• Experience in mobile app testing, including working with emulators and debugging WebViews on mobile devices.
• Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly document test results and bug reports.
• Ability to quickly grasp and work with new technologies and tools, because this position is considered to become a technical consultant.
• Proficiency in Russian and English at B2 level, as you will be interacting with multiple teams, many of which do not speak Russian.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to take ownership of quality assurance processes across multiple teams.
• Ability to create and document testing processes from scratch.

• Strong technical background with understanding of blockchain technologies, preferably including TON Blockchain.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and experience in Agile environments.
