We are seeking a passionate Web3 Community & Social Media Manager to engage and grow our community across key platforms like Telegram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will be the voice of TOP, driving engagement, building relationships with influencers, and executing social media strategies that amplify our presence and that of our portfolio companies. If you’re a self-motivated, creative thinker with a deep understanding of Web3, decentralized apps, and the TON ecosystem, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to engage and expand our community across Telegram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create and share short-form content that resonates with our target audience and simplifies complex Web3 concepts.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their social media and community needs.
• Build relationships with key influencers and KOLs, driving brand advocacy across all platforms.
• Monitor social media and community metrics to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
• Host virtual events, Twitter Spaces, and educational sessions to boost community interaction.

Skills & Qualifications required:

• Proven experience in community management and social media within the Web3 space.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, crypto, and dapps.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
• Experience working with influencers and KOLs across social platforms.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, a true team player, collaborator and bridge builder, comfortable working remotely in a dynamic startup setting.
• Experience with analytics tools to track community engagement and social media performance.
• Familiarity with the TON ecosystem and a passion for its growth.

Nice to have:

• Experience hosting and managing virtual events.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
• A passion for and belief in the TONCoin and TON ecosystem.
