The Open Platform is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to streamline the processes and pipelines between new portfolio companies and TOP internal departments. In this role you will also focus on creating and managing pipelines and workflows for non-tech departments, including finance, legal, HR, and accounting. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth integration and support for our portfolio companies while optimizing internal processes. Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Create and implement standardized pipelines and workflows for new portfolio companies to receive support from non-tech departments.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a liaison among finance, legal, HR, accounting and other internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support for portfolio companies.
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage available resources within non-tech departments, adjusting as needed to meet the demands of incoming portfolio companies.
  • Onboarding Enhancement: Continuously improve the onboarding process for new portfolio companies, developing robust systems to enhance efficiency and support.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all support activities and processes meet the defined standards and success criteria for portfolio company integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in a startup or venture capital environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex workflows across multiple departments.
  • Strong capability in creating and maintaining efficient support systems for diverse business needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a track record of process improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging both internal team members and external stakeholders (portfolio companies).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for productive collaboration across various groups.
  • Adaptable and innovative thinker with a passion for optimizing business processes.

Tools and Technologies:
