We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Stack Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Full-Stack Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and non-technical recruitment, possessing the ability to attract and assess a diverse range of talent across various disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process on global market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and career goals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers, coordinate pre-employment checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • English С1.
  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in technical and non-technical positions.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
  • Basic understanding of the crypto market.
  • Familiarity with technical skill sets, programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies to effectively assess technical candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed recruitment decisions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
