We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies, strong analytical skills, and a passion for creating fair and motivating reward systems. As a CnB Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to ensure they align with our organisational goals and support our employees’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design:
- Participate in the development of the organizational structure to support business objectives.
- Manage the size of the company, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic goals.
Compensation Program Management:
- Develop and implement competitive compensation structures, including base and total remuneration, grading, and salary ranges.
- Conduct regular salary market analysis to ensure our compensation packages are aligned with industry norms.
- Design and manage the ESOP program in the company.
- Design and manage long-term incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain a remuneration and short-term incentive programs that motivate employees and supports business objectives.
Benefits Program Management:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive and fair benefits programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness of benefits offerings.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and provide guidance on medical plans.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure all programs comply with local regulations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits surveys and analyze data to make informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits trends, costs, and program effectiveness to senior management.
- Utilise HRIS and other tools to manage and analyse compensation and benefits data.
Budgeting:
- Formulate and summarise a budget for employee costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Employee Communication and Support:
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits-related issues.
- Develop communication materials and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent skills with Excel, Notion, etc
- Ability to quickly navigate through labor laws of different countries.
- Good knowledge of economics and taxation regulation.
- Knowledge of grading and remuneration systems.
- Skill in building motivational programs (long and short term).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees and management.
