The Open Platform (TOP) is a VC and venture builder for early-stage projects on TON blockchain. TOP provides a powerful toolkit of funding, expertise, and technology resources, streamlining access to critical tools like wallets, developer resources, SDKs, APIs, and marketplaces. With this support, TOP enables developers to build scalable Web3 products ready for widespread adoption. Today, we support over 24 portfolio projects.
As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping product marketing strategies for both TOP and our portfolio companies. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer with a knack for high-quality content creation, deep understanding of Web3, and experience in B2B tech. You’ll work cross-functionally with the TOP and portco marketing teams to amplify our brand, develop engaging campaigns, and support our portfolio companies in refining their go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute GTM strategies for TOP and portfolio companies, positioning TON as the go-to blockchain for scalable Web3 applications.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging frameworks that differentiate TOP and its portfolio companies in competitive markets.
- Produce high-quality materials such as investor pitch decks, product sheets, whitepapers, case studies, and playbooks to drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with founders and marketing teams across the portfolio to optimize product marketing strategies, including launches, campaigns, and messaging alignment.
- Conduct market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead product launches for TOP and support key portfolio company launches, managing messaging, marketing assets, and campaign execution.
- Plan and execute cohesive multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in product marketing, preferably within B2B fintech or Web3 industries.
- Proven track record of successful GTM strategy development and execution.
- Exceptional writing skills for creating impactful B2B content tailored to technical and investor audiences.
- Strong proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Solid understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and emerging market trends.
- Hands-on experience in planning and managing product launches with measurable outcomes.
