We are seeking a talented designer to join our portfolio project, Stepmania, and become a key part of its innovative journey.

Stepmania is a new entertainment pedometer app in Telegram. Centered around the “move to earn” concept, it transforms staying active into an engaging and rewarding experience through games, challenges, raffles, and shared goals with friends. Our ambition is to become the largest app of its kind, capturing and holding the attention of the majority of Telegram users worldwide.

We are looking for someone who can help us create not just a seamless and functional product, but one that's bold, vibrant and deeply emotional.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product team, developers, and marketing.
• Propose, analyze, and defend your solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing features.
• Design components and logic, integrating them into systems and the overall product.
• Oversee implementation: focus on how the end-user interacts with the product, not just what’s designed in Figma.
• Occasionally create or oversee the creation of creative presentations and social media posts independently or with external specialists.

We Expect You To

• Have 3–5 years of experience.
• Be a hardcore Figma user.
• Be proactive, responsible, and self-sufficient.
• Think in terms of scenarios, not isolated fragments.
• Understand that you’re designing a product, not just drawing pictures.
• Enjoy working on details, refining prototypes and animations, and bringing unconventional solutions to life.
• Work independently and manage projects.
• Consider the full user experience.
• Have a strong understanding of animations and motion design.

Bonus Points

• Experience in motion design and animation to enhance user interaction.
• Skills in graphic design, branding, or other related creative areas.
• Proficiency with AI tools for rapid prototyping and product experimentation.
