We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the TOP team and help drive growth across our organization and portfolio projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee product strategies and roadmaps for portfolio companies within the fund.
- Assist in the launch and management of special projects and initiatives.
- Evaluate and analyze incoming investment proposals, including assessing the potential and strategic value of products.
- Collaborate with portfolio company executives to optimize product development processes and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement product management methodologies and processes that drive growth and sustainability for portfolio companies.
- Organize and enhance regular product reporting for portfolio companies to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in founding and scaling products, with a track record of successfully growing large Crypto/Web3/DeFi products.
- Deep knowledge of product management, including roadmap development, lifecycle management, and market strategy assessment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions based on data.
