Through our venture initiatives, we are creating a collaborative community of multi-million-dollar companies that develop unique services in The Open Network (TON) Blockchain ecosystem — the first crypto technology adopted by mass audiences.

Now we're looking for a HR analyst to join our incredible team.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with IAS 19 Employee Benefits is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of personal income tax and social tax regulations in the EU, UK, UAE, BVI, and CIS.
  • Experience working with platforms like Deel, Madetask, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Hibob, BambooHR, QuickBooks, Xero (preferred), Excel, and BI tools.

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Management, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Industry experience in Fintech, Payment Systems, SaaS, Blockchain, or Game Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the personnel cost budgeting process.
  • Plan and budget HR-related expenses.
  • Contribute to the automation of existing processes and the implementation of new systems.
  • Collect, consolidate, and prepare monthly data.
  • Supervise the maintenance of payroll accounting records.
  • Perform reconciliations for payroll (crypto/fiat).
  • Formulate business objectives and develop HR reports.
  • Prepare statistical analyses, analytical queries, forecasts, and data visualizations.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations for optimization.
