Our teams are growing rapidly and have already surpassed the capacity of our HR departments, so we’re looking to hire another People Partner to join our team.

We’re looking for motivated professionals who can clearly articulate why they want to join our company, as well as:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience (no less than 2 years) HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on administrative tasks and people partner work.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Work:
- Coordinate HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and compliance with established guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including processing employee data changes.
- Oversee alternative employment arrangements and ensure compliance with labor laws in relevant countries.
- Facilitate employee relocation when needed and collaborate with the finance and legal teams to optimize vendor and contractor processes.
- Leverage the HiBob HR system to streamline and automate key HR processes, improving efficiency across the company.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Organize and facilitate online/offline corporate events to strengthen company culture and engagement.
- Conduct employee sentiment surveys and performance reviews to assess workplace morale and drive continuous improvements.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights that help shape people strategies and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Support learning and development initiatives, helping managers identify training needs, recommend the right programs, and measure their effectiveness.
- Collaborate on building and optimizing internal processes to ensure a smooth and employee-friendly HR experience.
Employee Relations:
- Monitor team dynamics and proactively address potential issues at the departmental level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and providing necessary resources for new hires.
- Help integrate new employees into the team by fostering engagement and ensuring they understand company values and workflows.
- Oversee offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for employee departures and providing insights for retention strategies.
- Develop initiatives to increase employee retention, addressing key concerns and fostering a supportive work environment.
