Our portfolio project TonTech is seeking a QA Lead to manage our quality assurance efforts. In this role, you will build and manage a QA team, design and implement comprehensive testing strategies—including automated tests—and launch our QA function from scratch. Job Overview:

• Build and shape the QA function from the ground up, establishing processes and standards.
• Lead quality assurance across various TON ecosystem products with both strategic oversight and hands-on support.
• Manage QA in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-performing QA team, ensuring that QA processes directly enhance the quality of the entire TON ecosystem and benefit hundreds of millions of users.
• Develop and refine manual and automated testing strategies that guarantee a seamless and high-quality user experience.
• Launch the QA function from scratch, including setting up test automation frameworks and integrating them into the development cycle.
• Oversee manual testing for products and third-party services, ensuring they meet rigorous specifications and deliver exceptional quality.
• Collaborate with product, development, and design teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across the TON ecosystem.
• Provide technical support for TON Blockchain integration, ensuring that all products align with ecosystem standards.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize testing processes to continuously improve product quality and efficiency.
• Enhance documentation and establish best practices to support a scalable and sustainable QA function.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience in building and managing QA teams.
• Demonstrated success in launching a QA function from scratch.
• Hands-on expertise in developing automated test frameworks and working with various testing tools (e.g., DevTools, network sniffers, API testing tools like Postman, and familiarity with Git).
• Experience in mobile app testing, including using emulators and debugging mobile-specific issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English (Russian preferred but not required).
• Willingness to take ownership of quality assurance processes across multiple teams.
