Motion Designer will play a key role in creating compelling visual stories and animations for The Open Platform and our portfolio companies, including Wallet in Telegram, GetGems, Playdeck, Tribute, and STON.fi.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Motion Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create animated videos: promotional, product-related, educational, presentation-based, etc.
• Develop animations for digital formats (interfaces, social media, banners, landing pages)
• Work with vector materials: micro-animations, stickers, morphing
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, script development, storyboarding, and animatics
• Perform editing and compositing, including basic sound work
• Maintain brand visual consistency through animation

Hard Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Motion Designer
• Proficient in After Effects and Adobe Premiere
• Basic skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience creating 2D animation and using third-party plugins (e.g., Red Giant, Deep Glow, Duik)
• Understanding of animation and editing principles
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender) and sound design

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work with briefs and independently manage projects in collaboration with illustrators, graphic and product designers, and the marketing team
• Creativity and a strong sense of rhythm
• Attention to detail, precision in timing, and meeting deadlines
• Receptive to feedback and able to apply it effectively

Personal Qualities:

• Keeps up with trends in motion design and is curious about new tools and techniques
• Able to balance creativity with task objectives when needed
• Proactive, yet capable of working within brand guidelines
