The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution and coordination of key marketing operations across the TOP.co ecosystem. From organizing Demo Days and Marketing Syncs to managing document workflows, subscriptions, and campaign reporting — you will be the operational backbone of the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Activities
- Demo Day Coordination (Monthly Sync)
- Develop agendas and timelines.
- Collect and organize presentations, key messages, and videos.
- Prepare summary documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing Catch-Up (Internal Monthly Sync)
- Plan and distribute agenda.
- Collect marketing presentations and updates across portfolio projects.
- Produce monthly summaries.
- Create and distribute team surveys to gather feedback.
Documentation & Finance Coordination
- Manage contract signing workflows (NDAs, service agreements, etc.).
- Coordinate invoice payments and approvals.
- Track and maintain subscriptions and paid marketing services.
CRM Database Maintenance
- Update internal databases:
- Traffic channel performance.
- Web3 events and conferences.
- Contacts and CRM records.
Social Listening & Reporting
- Monitor social media signals across Telegram, Twitter (X), Reddit, Discord.
- Configure dashboards for regular and ad-hoc portfolio-wide campaign insights,
Event Coordination
- Build participant and invitee lists for ecosystem and industry events.
- Manage CRM enrichment and attendee engagement workflows.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, and Telegram ecosystem.
- Experience with CRMs (AMO, Hubspot) and dashboard tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Notion, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
